Weather
Members check the weather with /weather, /forecast and /air_quality. They can save their own city with /set_my_city and pick °C or °F with /set_weather_unit. Replies use the bot language of the server; command names stay in English.
How it works#
- The city is optional: the bot uses the city the member typed, then their saved city, then the server's default city.
- Choose between a classic embed or a rendered image card for /weather and /forecast.
- The daily report posts once a day at the hour you pick, in the server timezone from Settings.
- /set_my_city and /set_weather_unit replies are only visible to the member.
Set it up#
In the Studio sidebar, under UTILITIES, click Weather.
Turn each command on or off.
Search a default city, choose units, style and embed color. Optionally limit the commands to one role.
Turn on the daily weather report, pick a channel, hour, city and optional role to ping. Save.
