Let members apply for something — a whitelist, a staff spot, a clan — through a Discord pop-up form. Staff review every application in a private channel with Approve, Take on and Reject buttons, and the bot hands out roles and DMs the result.
How it works#
- Each form has up to 5 questions (Discord's pop-up limit), short or long answers, required or optional.
- Every form gets its own panel with an Apply button and its own review flow.
- On approval the bot gives a role, can remove another one (e.g. Unverified) and DMs the member — with the reason staff entered.
- The board in the Studio shows applications as cards: drag a card to another column to change its status.
- Accounts younger than the minimum age are flagged for staff; a cooldown stops instant re-applying after a rejection.

Every setting explained#
| Panel channel | Where the Apply button is posted. |
| Review channel | Staff get every application here with buttons. |
| Role on approval | Given straight away. |
| Remove role on approval | E.g. an 'unverified' role. |
| Result by DM | Sends the decision with the reason. |
| Apply again after (days) | After a rejection; 0 = straight away. |
| Minimum account age (days) | Younger accounts are flagged for staff. |
| Form open | Master switch. When off, this does nothing on your server; your settings are kept. |
