Plan events in a calendar. The bot posts an event card with Going / Maybe / Can't buttons, keeps a waitlist when it's full, reminds everyone before the start, and can also create a native Discord event at the top of your server.
How it works#
- Max participants: 0 = unlimited; above the limit members land on the waitlist and move up automatically.
- Weekly repeat creates the same event every week at the same time.
- Defaults (channel, reminder, ping role) can be set once and changed per event.
Set it up#
Part 1Plan an event4 steps
Open the page
In the Studio sidebar, under UTILITIES, click Events.
Click a day
Or click Plan event.
Fill in the details
Title, description, start, duration, location and channel.
Sign-ups and reminder
Set max participants, a reminder and optionally a ping role or Discord event. Click Plan.
The event card appears in Discord at once; sign-ups show live in the Studio.
Every setting explained#

| Duration (minutes) | How long it lasts. |
| Location | Voice channel, game server or link. |
| Channel | Where this feature posts. |
| Max participants | 0 = unlimited; after that the waitlist. |
| Reminder | How long before the start the bot reminds everyone. |
| Ping role | Pinged when it's posted and at the reminder. |
| Also as a Discord event | Shown at the top of the server. |
| Repeat weekly | Same day and time every week. |
