Viewers write you a private letter with a button in Discord. Only you (and readers you add) can read them. Reply privately by DM, show a letter anonymously in an OBS overlay, mark it discussed, archive it or block a sender.
How it works#
- Every sender sees helpline numbers; letters that may be about something serious are flagged for you.
Every setting explained#
| Reply privately | Sent as a DM from the bot. |
Settings
| Mailbox open | Master switch. When off, this does nothing on your server; your settings are kept. |

| Max letters per viewer per day | Spam protection. |
| Delete letters automatically after (days) | Privacy retention. |
| Extra readers (Discord user IDs) | Only add people you fully trust. |
| Blocked senders | They can't send letters any more. |
