A fixed set of badges members unlock automatically for messages, voice time, reactions, levels and coins. Unlocks are announced, every member has a public progress page, and /achievements shows a card of their badges.
Set it up#

Open the page
In the Studio sidebar, under GAMES & FUN, click Achievements.
Enable and pick a channel
Turn on announcements, choose the channel, save.
Every setting explained#
| Announcements enabled | Master switch. When off, this does nothing on your server; your settings are kept. |
