Tickets
Members click a button (or pick a category from a dropdown) to open a private ticket channel that only they and your support team can see. When it's solved, staff close it and a transcript is saved.
How it works#
- Each ticket category (e.g. Billing, Bug report) can have its own Discord category and support roles.
- Closing a ticket posts a transcript in your transcript channel and removes the ticket channel.
- Staff can add or remove members from a ticket with the buttons inside it.
Before you start#
Set it up#
In the Studio sidebar, under SERVER MANAGEMENT, click Tickets.
Enable the switch.
Pick the default category, default support roles and the channel for the panel.
Pick a transcript channel.
Give each a name, emoji and short description; override category/roles if needed.
Click Save and Post panel in Discord.
Every setting explained#
Close forgotten tickets automatically and ask members how the help was.
| Close inactive tickets automatically | Closes tickets nobody writes in. |
| Warn after (hours without a message) | First a warning in the ticket… |
| Then close after (hours) | …then it closes. |
| Ask the member for a 1–5 star rating after closing | Ratings show up in the Studio. |
| How to ask | In the ticket or by DM. In the ticket — a rating window when they close it (no DMs)By direct message from the bot |
Where tickets go and who helps
| Tickets enabled | Master switch. When off, this does nothing on your server; your settings are kept. |
| Default category for ticket channels | Used when no ticket categories are configured below, or when a category has no Discord category of its own. |
| Default support roles (see every ticket) | These roles can see every ticket. |
| Panel channel (where the "Open ticket" button or dropdown menu appears) | Where members open tickets. |
| Color of the "Open ticket" button (only visible while no categories are configured) | With categories a dropdown is shown instead. |
| Transcript channel (optional) | A copy of every closed ticket is posted here. |
Add categories to turn the panel into a dropdown menu (e.g. "General", "Billing", "Bug report") — each with its own Discord category and support roles. Without categories the panel stays a single button.
| Emoji | Shown next to the category name. |
| Short description (optional — appears below the name in the dropdown menu) | Helps members pick the right category. |
| Discord category for channels (optional — otherwise the default above) | Where tickets of this type are created. |
| Support roles (optional — otherwise the default above) | Who can see tickets of this type. |
| Color | Pick from the palette or enter a hex code. |
